A session enquiry contains your name, email address, country or region, and preferred availability. A sponsorship enquiry contains your name, email address, brand or organisation, and proposal. Session enquiries do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, or medical history.
What happens next
Your details are stored so Anouar Farhat can review your enquiry and contact you about it. Form submission does not take payment or confirm an appointment. Your details are not added to a marketing list.
Who can see your enquiry
Enquiries are available to Anouar through a protected inbox. They are not published on the website or visible to other visitors.
Spam protection
The forms use a hidden anti-spam field and a one-way network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored with your enquiry.
Removing your details
When you receive a response, you can reply to ask for access to or removal of your enquiry. Anouar can remove it from the inbox.
